All information provided by Rumi Pods, including product descriptions, guides, specifications, measurements, recommendations, and support materials, is offered strictly for general informational purposes. Nothing provided by Rumi Pods constitutes professional, legal, construction, engineering, electrical, plumbing, architectural, or safety advice.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that their installation location, utility infrastructure, property conditions, and usage comply with all local, state, and federal codes, ordinances, and regulations.

Rumi Pods makes no guarantees regarding compliance, permitting, zoning, approvals, or site suitability.

2. FULLY ASSEMBLED STRUCTURES — CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Rumi Pods delivers fully assembled outdoor kitchen pods. However:

• Rumi Pods does not perform construction, installation, utility connection, excavation, foundation preparation, leveling, anchoring, or site modification.
• Customer is fully responsible for all electrical and plumbing services required to connect the pod.
• All utility work must be performed by licensed professionals.
• Customer assumes all risk associated with improper placement, handling, installation, or utilities.

Rumi Pods is not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from installation, handling, or utility work.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF FIT, COMPATIBILITY, OR SITE CONDITIONS

Customer is responsible for verifying:

• Delivery clearance and accessibility
• Adequate pod footprint space
• Ground and surface conditions
• Site compatibility
• Local code requirements
• Utility access and capacity
• Structural support and leveling
• Clearance for forklifts or cranes

Rumi Pods assumes no responsibility for delivery challenges or additional equipment needed.

4. NO WARRANTY AS TO OUTCOMES, PERFORMANCE, OR EXPECTATIONS

Rumi Pods does not guarantee that the pod will meet customer expectations or suit any specific purpose, climate, commercial need, or performance scenario. Customer is responsible for evaluating suitability for their intended use.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rumi Pods shall NOT be liable for injury, property damage, utility failures, improper installation, weather damage, financial losses, contractor errors, or any indirect or punitive damages.

Total liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTRACTORS

Any contractor recommendations are suggestions only. Rumi Pods is not responsible for third-party work quality, delays, or damages.

7. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Colors, finishes, lighting, and materials may vary. Minor variations are normal. Rumi Pods may adjust specifications without notice. Dimensions are approximate.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Rumi Pods is not liable for delays due to events outside our control including weather, port delays, natural disasters, supply chain issues, or government restrictions.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. Delays do not qualify customers for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.

10. CUSTOMER ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Customer assumes all risks related to placement, use, environmental exposure, utilities, and maintenance of the pod.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Rumi Pods harmless from claims, damages, utility issues, contractor errors, negligence, code violations, or site hazards.

12. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

Rumi Pods may update this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the website or products signifies acceptance of updated terms.

13. IMAGE, MEDIA & 3D RENDERING DISCLAIMER

Certain images, videos, and promotional materials displayed on this website may include computer-generated (3D) renderings, digital mockups, staged environments, or enhanced visuals used solely for illustration and marketing purposes.

Actual finished products may vary due to manufacturing processes, material differences, finishing techniques, monitor and device display settings, and ongoing product improvements.

By purchasing a Rumi Pod, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund, final-sale policy as a condition of purchase.
