Warranty Policy — Rumi Pods

1. Warranty Coverage

Rumi Pods includes a 2-year warranty on all built-in appliances and a 10-year warranty on cabinetry. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.

2. Cabinetry Warranty (10 Years)

Cabinetry is protected for 10 years against structural defects, warping, corrosion, and manufacturing faults that impact normal use. Warranty coverage begins on the order confirmation date, not the delivery, installation, or placement date.

3. Appliance Warranty (2 Years)

All built-in appliances are covered for two (2) years from the date of the order confirmation. This includes grills, burners, sinks, faucets, and any integrated appliance included in the model.

Appliance warranty covers defects in materials and assembly. Normal wear, cleaning issues, or consumable parts (igniters, bulbs, gaskets, etc.) are not covered.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by improper installation, unlicensed electrical or plumbing work
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or modifications
  • Rust or discoloration from harsh chemicals or unapproved cleaners
  • Weather-related damage from extreme conditions beyond standard outdoor use
  • Damage from transport, lifting equipment, or improper site preparation
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect structural performance

5. Installation Requirements

All electrical and plumbing connections must be completed by a licensed professional. Any damage caused by improper installation is not covered under this warranty. Gas connection and propane supply for the BBQ grill are not included and must be installed by a licensed professional; any damages or issues arising from improper gas installation are not covered under this warranty.

6. Transferability

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Warranty claims are handled exclusively via email to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the defect
  • Proof of licensed installation (if related to electrical/plumbing)

Claims are reviewed within 5–7 business days, and approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

8. Limitations of Liability

Rumi Pods’ liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective components as outlined above. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or installation-related damages.

9. Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights depending on your state.
