Returns & No-Refund Policy — Rumi Pods

Effective Immediately

Rumi Pods are high-value, made-to-order outdoor kitchen structures. Due to the custom nature, preparation requirements, freight coordination, and logistics involved, all sales are final. Please review the full policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made from Rumi Pods are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and processing begins, no refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Because each pod is manufactured, prepared, and allocated specifically to your order:

  • No returns are accepted.
  • No exchanges or swaps are permitted.
  • Customer remorse, change of preference, or site issues are not grounds for a return or refund.

3. Delivery Refusal Is Not a Cancellation

If a customer refuses delivery, cannot receive the unit, or fails to provide the proper site conditions, this will not qualify for a refund. Any additional redelivery fees, storage charges, or handling costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Damages During Transport

All pods are thoroughly inspected before shipping and leave the facility in approved condition.

If transport-related damage occurs:

  • The issue will be handled directly through the freight carrier’s insurance procedures.
  • Rumi Pods will assist with documentation, but refunds or returns are not provided by Rumi Pods.

5. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Conditions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • The delivery site is accessible
  • Adequate space exists for placement
  • Proper equipment (such as forklifts or cranes) is arranged if required

Failure to prepare the site does not qualify for cancellation or refund.

6. Final Sale on All Customizations

Any selected options or customizations are permanently final once submitted. Changes cannot be made after processing, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

7. Chargeback Prohibition

Because orders are made-to-order and logistics begin immediately:

  • Attempted chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized reversals will be considered a breach of policy.
  • Rumi Pods will provide all signed agreements, documentation, and proof of fulfillment to the customer’s bank or credit card company.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that all sales are final and non-disputable.

8. Warranty Claims Are Not Refund Claims

Warranty coverage (for cabinetry and appliances) does not constitute grounds for return, refund, or cancellation. Warranty service follows the terms outlined in the Warranty Policy.

9. Acceptance of This Policy

By placing an order with Rumi Pods, the customer:

  • Acknowledges and agrees to the No-Refund and Final Sale terms
  • Confirms they have reviewed all product details, measurements, and delivery requirements
  • Accepts full responsibility for site readiness and delivery conditions
