1. Who are Rumi Pods designed for?
Rumi Pods are designed for homeowners, luxury estates, commercial properties, hospitality spaces, Airbnbs/short-term rentals, restaurants, and anyone looking to elevate their outdoor living experience with a fully assembled, premium outdoor kitchen pod.
2. Are the outdoor kitchen pods fully assembled?
Yes. Every Rumi Pod arrives fully assembled and ready to place. Standard electrical and plumbing connections can be completed by your licensed local professionals after delivery. Gas connection and propane supply for the BBQ grill are not included and must be provided and installed by a licensed professional in accordance with local codes.
3. How is delivery handled?
Delivery is coordinated through our professional transport partners who specialize in placing large, pre-built structures. For clients who prefer a seamless experience, we offer an optional White Glove Service for an additional fee, which includes any required equipment such as a forklift or crane. If you choose standard delivery, any specialized equipment needed at your site will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Are there site preparation or space requirements before delivery?
Yes. Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation area is level, accessible, and capable of supporting the weight of the pod. Adequate access clearance must be provided for delivery equipment such as forklifts or cranes.
Electrical, plumbing, and gas connections — including propane supply for the BBQ grill — must be completed by licensed professionals in accordance with local codes and are the customer’s responsibility.
5. What is the estimated delivery timeframe?
Our pods are built to order with a typical delivery window of 12–14 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery timing may vary based on location, production scheduling, and transport logistics. We provide ongoing updates throughout the process.
6. Do you offer financing?
We do not offer financing at this time.
7. Do the pods come with appliances?
Yes. All Rumi Pods come with premium built-in appliances included in the model price. Exact inclusions are listed on each product page.
8. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All pods come with a standard warranty that covers structural components and appliances. Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty Policy page.
9. Do you offer installation services?
We do not provide installation or construction services. If your site requires electrical or plumbing connections, these must be completed by a licensed professional. We can provide recommendations upon request. Gas connection and propane supply for the BBQ grill are not included and must be provided and installed by a licensed professional in accordance with local codes.
10. What type of maintenance is required?

11. Can I customize my pod?
Configuration and colors can be customized. Contact us for custom requests.
12. Do you offer commercial or bulk orders?
Yes. We supply for commercial properties, developers, luxury builders, hospitality, and multi-unit projects. Contact us for a custom quote.
13. What is your return or cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of made-to-order structures, all Rumi Pod purchases are final. Please refer to our Returns / No-Refund Policy for complete details.
14. When will I receive updates about my order?
You’ll receive ongoing updates as your pod moves through fabrication, preparation, and transport stages. We keep communication clear, professional, and timely.
15. Is this a reservation or a purchase?
Each Rumi Pod is built to order. Placing an order constitutes a confirmed purchase and initiates production planning and logistics coordination.
Rumi Pods operates with limited production availability to maintain quality standards, manufacturing accuracy, and delivery performance. The Company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or reopen order intake at its discretion without notice. This does not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted.
16. How do I request a quote or speak to a representative?
You can submit a quote request or inquiry through our Contact page form or by email. Our team responds by email to ensure accurate documentation and timely service. Phone consultations may be scheduled if needed after your inquiry is reviewed.
