White-glove delivery is an optional premium service where we coordinate the logistics and on-site placement of your Rumi Pod, going beyond standard curbside freight delivery.

What Is White-Glove Delivery?

With white-glove delivery, our team organizes a specialized crew to move the pod from the truck to your prepared pad or designated location. This service is ideal for tight sites, backyards, or locations where standard curbside drop-off is not enough.

This service is ideal for clients who prefer a streamlined, fully managed placement experience from start to finish.

What’s Included

A typical white-glove delivery package may include:

  • Coordination with the freight carrier delivering your pod
  • An on-site crew to move the unit from truck to final location
  • Use of equipment such as a forklift or small crane, if required
  • Basic positioning and leveling on a customer-prepared pad
  • Removal of exterior shipping materials and debris from the pod area

White-glove delivery does not include electrical or plumbing connections, permits, or construction work. All utility connections must be handled by licensed professionals.

When Is White-Glove Recommended?

White-glove delivery is strongly recommended if:

  • Your pod needs to be moved into a backyard, side yard, or tight access area
  • There are slopes, grass, pavers, or obstacles between the street and pad
  • A crane, forklift, or rigging team is required for safe placement
  • You prefer a managed, turnkey placement experience

How Pricing Works

White-glove delivery is quoted separately from the pod price. Pricing is based on your location, access conditions, required equipment, and the distance from the truck drop-off point to your final pad. Once we review site photos and details, we’ll provide a custom quote for your project.
