Standard Delivery (Included):

Your Rumi Pod is delivered by truck to your property and offloaded to an accessible area on-site. Final placement, positioning, and movement of the pod beyond the delivery point are the customer’s responsibility.

White-Glove Delivery & Placement (Optional Upgrade):

For customers who prefer full service, white-glove delivery includes coordinated placement of the pod into its intended location. This option is recommended for properties with limited access, elevation changes, or specific placement requirements.

What’s Not Included:

• Final on-site placement without white-glove service
• Plumbing connections
• Electrical connection to home power
• Gas connection and propane tank for the BBQ grill
• Local permits or inspections

  Covers the primary structure, including the frame and stainless-steel cabinet construction.

Warranty coverage begins on the order confirmation date, not the installation or placement date.

Covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not include damage caused by improper installation, modifications, misuse, neglect, or environmental factors.
